Shipping policy

Our delivery times are 6 to 10 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The first day starts the day after we receive your order. Tracking numbers will be sent to you once your order has been processed.

Incorrect delivery address:

If a package is returned to Vitajoyce due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer was not at home. The customer is responsible for the return and delivery charges.
